ABSTRACT
We report two cases of allergic contact dermatitis from temporary black henna tatto. A 11 and 4 years old boys developed erythema and itching in the tatto area. A case presented depigmentation in the former tatto area. They had never used hair dyes and other skin paints. We observed strongly positive reactions to paraphenylenediamine and azo dyes in two patients. It is probably cross sensitizations between azo dyes and paraphenylenediamine.
