ABSTRACT
Amniotic Band Syndrome to different denominate how complete of ADAM (Amniotic Deformity Adhesions, Mutilations) is the affection cause by early amnion rupture with subsequent entanglement of fetal parts by amniotic strands what comprain the parts fetal and to cause deformation, the incidence rangs from 1:1200 to 1:1500 newbors, without different sex. The prognostic and treatment depend of the severity of the abnormalities. In the our consult Pediatric made the diagnostic of five case s in year old in including between two moths and one year, one case in third lower of both member high and third lower of both member lower, remainder of case in both members high. The prognostic is good, only case of gird intervention surgical with good result.
