ABSTRACT
Almost 50 % of survivors from cardiac arrest have significant neurological squealer. Therefore, decisions should be based on CPCR on the basic principles of medical ethics. To identify the bioethical issues that affect the performance of the CPCR, and discuss current controversies and recommendations accepted. Facing a cardiac arrest must start CPCR, although there are no valid criteria logs in some circumstances. The decision to interrupt is based on consideration of several factors considering the principles of autonomy, non-malfeasance, beneficence and justice. The DNR orders must be based on the patient's autonomous decision reliably expressed verbally or in writing. Will discussed other ethical facts during the CPR. RCPC be applied if indicated, if not omitted or has not previously been accepted by the patient and discontinued if ineffective. “Always keep in mind that the participants are human beings”.
