ABSTRACT
Introduction: The syndrome of coronary sharp inadequacy is located among the five main causes of medical consultation of urgency in the primary attention of health. Objective: Evaluating the impact of a program of training, in primary attention on the pre-hospital handling of the syndrome of coronary sharp inadequacy. Method: Analytictransverse comparative study in the University Policlinic "René Vallejo Ortiz" from June of the 2011 to July of the 2012. The plan of formation included the application of 5 measures (nitroglycerin, hydrochlorate of morphine, acetylsalicylic acid, electrocardiogram and intravenous access). Results: The increase in the use of acetylsalicylic acid and nitroglycerin was evidenced. The electrocardiogram was frequently used. The greater impact was achieved in the use of hydrochlorate of morphine and the intravenous access. The probability of dying diminishes significantly if the 5 measures are applied. The definitive diagnosis most frequent to the discharge was angina of chest in any of its variants. The acute heart attack was present in a little less than half of the cases. Conclusions: The proposed plan turned out to be simple, appropriate, of high acceptance, easy to learn and effective for doctors of primary attention. An increase of the application of the 5 proposed measures was obtained.REFERENCES
