Zoon’s balanitis: presentation of six cases

ABSTRACT

We present six cases of Zoon􀀀s balanitis with clinical and pathological correlation. Three of our patients were treated with pimecrolimus 1 % cream applied twice a day for 4 to 6 weeks with a complete resolution of the lesions. This drug represents another treatment option for this condition.
