ABSTRACT
Delusions of parasitosis is a condition in which the patient is convinced of being infested by parasites. In some cases we can observe the classic sign of «the matchbox» in which, the patient carries the parasites he has captured in that container. The diagnosis is clinical and it’s made by dermatologist however, the treatment is psychiatric.
