ABSTRACT
Odontogenic sinus tract are abnormal channel originating from
infectious processes affecting root tips, eroding mandibular or
maxillary bones to form a path that leads to the skin surface
near the oral cavity.
Differential diagnoses are: actinomycosis, non-odontogenic
bacterial infections, traumatic injuries, tumors, foreign body

The diagnosis is suspected clinically and confirmed by performing
panoramic radiographs and with contrast media. Surgical
treatment is required.
