ABSTRACT
We present the case of a nine-months-old baby girl with generalized dermatitis characterized by erythema, desquamation and dry and adherent scale-crusty formations of yellowish tint, white atrophic lesions in genitoperianal area and alopecia; with repeated diarrheal episodes. She represented a diagnostic challenge to the physicians.
