ABSTRACT
Testicular cavernous hemangioma is a rare vascular benign testicular tumor. The symptoms varied from asymptomatic,
found as incidental to severe shooting pain with increased volume, most come to confuse with testicular malignancies,
performing radical orchiectomy. The aim of this review is to raise awareness through clinical case of the disease pathogenesis,
histological features and reporting.
