ABSTRACT
Here is the case of a 49 years-old male patient with a history of lung neoplasia that
went to the doctor's because of pain and inflammation of his left leg. Imaging studies
including X-rays, CT and scintigraphy indicated ossifying myositis in the medial third
of the left femoral diaphysis due to compromised soft tissues, but the
histopathological diagnosis showed a metastatic injure.
