ABSTRACT
This is the case report of a 49 year-old male presenting with a
tumor on the right nasogenian sulcus. With the histopathological
diagnosis of clear cell hidradenoma, the lesion was surgically
excised and reconstructed by island pedicle flap, with excellent
cosmetic results and no recurrence after a one-year follow-up
period.
