ABSTRACT
A rare condition affecting mostly women, Fox-Fordyce disease
(FFD) is characterized by pruritic follicular papules over areas
where apocrine glands are found. Clinical findings and histopathology
are the cornerstones of diagnosis. This article describes
a patient with typical lesions and partial therapeutic response to
oral contraceptives and topical clindamycin, and includes a brief
review of existing literature.
