ABSTRACT
Classic dermoscopic algorithms for evaluation of melanocytic
lesions –ABCD, 7-point check-list and others–, are useless in
certain areas, including head, facial or acral zones. This is a review
of current approaches to melanocytic lesions in special
anatomical regions.
