Prurito vulvar: un desafío dermatológico

RESUMEN
El prurito vulvar es una condición muy frecuente que afecta,
significativamente, el bienestar psicológico y sexual de las mujeres.
Más que una enfermedad, es un síntoma que debe investigarse
para desenmascarar la causa subyacente. Casi siempre
es producto de dermatosis que afectan la vulva, pero también
hay múltiples enfermedades sistémicas que pueden desencadenarlo.
