ABSTRACT
Podology is composed of three grand specialties, the Chiropody, the Surgery Podiatry and the Orthopodology. Within his theoretic practical arsenal this Biomechanics, essential for the study, prevention, treatment and recommendations within podology work. The same account, with positive and encouraging results within the treatment re-qualifying podology, because it permits combining innovative techniques, that they contribute the more ergonomic to the calculation and position of anatomies damaged to questions and answers possible within his physiological range, minimizing the risk factors after amputations during the treatment or orthopodológy palliative or corrective medicine, what relocates the biomechanics and the foot biodynamics. Thanks to the resources that he offers us this discipline, the multi-disciplinary equipment that he takes care of to the Foot Diabético, it will be able to be evident with a reliable tool for the physical examination, the prognosis, the diagnosis and the treatment of injuries, essential vulnerable element to all the complications of diabetic mellitus. With this work it is intended to illustrate about the goodnesses of utilization made suitable of the resources that the Biomecánica in the conservative treatment toasts to us pre and post-surgical of injuries or deformities of the foot of the patient diabetic and of his alert that has to attenuate to minimize the risks of amputation and relapses of the injuries of the diabetic foot about risk factors. Contributing thus in the solution of the problems of health the population's podológys and to the improvement of the quality of life.REFERENCES
