ABSTRACT
This clinical report reviews the classifications and surgical techniques available to improve the defects of the alveolar ridge in the aesthetic zone, delivering an «all in one» approach which is simple, practical and predictable in handling soft tissue by performing a single surgical approach with a free connective tissue graft accompanied by a coronally advanced flap, with minimal postoperative complications –unlike traditional techniques–; we highlight the benefits for both the patient and the treatment success, as this approach manages to recover the function and aesthetics immediately, satisfying the requirements of the patient.
