ABSTRACT
Objective: To determine the utility of the ion cleanse and the magnetoterapia in
patient with illness renal chronicle in phases 1 at 4 o'clock.
Method: He/she was carried out an experimental study, in 60 patients with Illness
Renal Chronicle, with the objective of evaluating the answer to the treatment 3
groups of 20 patients were determined each one, Group I (control) they received
pharmacological treatment, dietary hygienic measures and control of the toxic
habits. Group II treatment similar to the group I, more ion cleanse way 1 30
minutes and group III treatment similar to the group I more bed magnetic 20 Hz
100 % in area of renal projection, for 30 session-days. The effectiveness of the
treatment was evaluated before and later (symptoms, creatinina results, uric acid,
urea, cholesterol, triglycerides, proteinuria and filtered glomerular). In the
statistical prosecution the percent, the test chi was used 2 or MacNemar, test of
Student and K. Wallis.
Results: Group (control) after the treatment in most of the variables changes
didn't take place or they worsened (Filtered Glomerular diminished in 1, 7 ml/min /
1,73 m
2). Group II (Ion cleanse) after the treatment but of 40 % of the patients
they were with normal values (uric acid 80 %, triglycerides 90 %, cholesterol 65 %,
urea 40 % and 75 % without proteinuria) and the F.G. it increased in 10,9 ml/min /
1,73 m
2. The group III (magnetic bed) after the treatment they reached figures of
normality but of 65 % of the patients (uric acid 70 %, triglycerides 90 %,
cholesterol 75 %, urea 65 % and 70 % without proteinuria) and the F.G., it
increased in 21 ml/min / 1,73 m
2, being statistically significant in both groups.
Conclusions: So much with the ion cleanse as with the magnetic bed, most of the
patients improve or they normalize the clinical parameters and of laboratory
independently of the phase in that you/they are, that which retards or it stops the
progress of the illness.
