ABSTRACT
Lymphomas represent the second most frequent head and neck neoplasms, following squamous cell carcinoma. The most frequent extranodal site of presentation is Waldeyer’s ring, specifically at palatine tonsils. Type B immunophenotype large cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is the most common histologic kind, found in almost 90% tonsillar lymphomas. Mantle cell lymphoma accounts for a 3% frequency.
