ABSTRACT
The Cardiac Trauma, is a clinical and surgical entity requiring immediate action and reaction, not allows delayed planning and protocol must be properly known and started immediately from the Pre-hospital care itself during patient transport, admission to Shock to the Unit and to its resolution in the OR. The various vital structures that may be involved in thoracic trauma in general share the same severity criteria in analogy with their respective dimensions represents the area of the neck in terms of Trauma Penetrating Neck is concerned, it concerns us the trauma critical Cardiovascular and not allowing us more time when the observation or monitoring patient clinical behavior points to an obvious injury.
