The influence perception of the health about the self care abilities on people with coronary syndrome

ABSTRACT
The purpose was to explain and relate the influence perception of the health about the self care abilities on people with coronary syndrome; the contextual referring was some people from Puebla, Mexico City, in the cardiology external advice in an institution of third level. The theorical support was Orem the conceptual standard. The design was descriptive and correlation; the specimen was 100 people with SC between 30 and 60 years old; the specimen wasn’t probabilistic; the specimen size was prepared with an analysis power, for a p=.05. Effect sizes of .30 an 80 percent power/capacity. The instruments were a general data sheet and two questionnaires. The clinical discoveries permitted to see an expose group to overweight and obesity, as contributed factors for major danger to the health; this study permitted to explain and predict the influence perception of the health condition over the self care abilities of syndrome coronary; Orem, who asserted that health condition in some dimensions is it reduces the fact that a people can do by him/or her self.
