ABSTRACT
Attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity (ADDH) it is at the present time one of the first causes of attention for the specialists of mental health in the world. The main clinical manifestations identify them the family, the school or the pediatrician’s clinic, neurologist or psychiatrist. Inside the treatment it will contemplate a biological treatment (medications), psychological (psychotherapy), educational (pedagogic). This communication analyzes the medication use, especially the psycostimulants its pharmacological characteristics, indications and collateral effects, of the 3 more important metilfenidate, dextroanfetamine and pemoline.
