The cardiac plugging signs by Tuberculosis. Two case report

ABSTRACT

At the present time the tuberculosis constitutes a public health serious situation with a resurgence starting from the 90 decade. Africa is the continent that bigger number of infected patients contributes, triplicating the number from the year 1990. It constitutes one of the first causes of death in Angola with many difficulties to achieve its control. The pericardium is one of the places that less invade the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, nevertheless in the latests years it’s reported an increment of the affectation because of the principal means available that make easy the diagnosis. To Huambo's General Hospital a great number of patients with this illness come, many because of its complications. Cases presentation: Two cases are presented with probable pericarditis for tuberculosis, which have developed severe spilling and cardiac plugging signs. Conclusions: starting from adequate diagnostic and therapeutic conducts was achieved their clinical stabilization and expenditure.
