Primary metaplasic epidermoid carcinoma of breast. A case report

ABSTRACT
The epidermoid cancer of breast is an infrequent illness and represents less than 1% of breast malignant neoplasia. A 52 years old female white patient was presented, with health antecedents that goes to the breast multidisciplinary consultation previous evaluation for surgery, presenting tumor of 4cms in upper external quadrant of right breast, fixed, painful to the palpation and without satellites lymph nodes, imagenology studies were carried out (Scan and Mammography), humoral examinations and the Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy, which turned out to be positive of malignancy. This case was discussed in collective and surgical treatment was decided, the freezing biopsy was not conclusive for diagnostic and eight days later the paraffin inclusion biopsy informs: Metaplasic Epidermoid Carcinoma well differentiated from the right breast, the surgical treatment was completed, she had a good evolution after completing neoadjuvant therapy. The case presented in this article corresponds to the first case of Primary Metaplasic Epidermoid Carcinoma of breast registered in our Institution.REFERENCES
