ABSTRACT
The training of professionals in medical sciences requires a teaching-learning process focused on the study of the health-disease process. Organizational forms are the integrating component of this process because the other components are interrelated in them. The objective of workshops is that the students may apply the knowledge acquired in the different disciplines to solve the typical problems of the profession, based on the link between the academic, research and labor components. Useful insights into the development of workshops in General Comprehensive Dentistry are given; which takes, as central point, the use of professional problems turned into teaching problems, and the setting of investigative tasks that seek the suggestion of intervention actions for their solution.REFERENCES
