Blast eye injury: what the Emergency Physician should know

ABSTRACT

In cases of attacks with explosive devices (both in the military or the civilian realm), ocular trauma is common. The initial treatment by the Emergency Physician includes the primary pharmacologic one, as well as the early particularly computed tomography. The following article presents a review about the initial treatment of ocular trauma secondary to explosive trauma.
