RESUMEN
En los eventos de ataque con explosivos, tanto en el ámbito civil como militar, el trauma ocular es común. El abordaje inicial por parte del Médico de Urgencias incluye el manejo farmacológico primario del paciente, además de los estudios paraclínicos primarios, especialmente la tomografía axial computarizada. En el presente artículo se hace una revisión de tema sobre el enfoque inicial del trauma ocular por explosión.
