ABSTRACT
The series of displacements in the status of the subject who has brought the "globalization”, the competitiveness and relentlessly business competition, the consumerism as forms of uncontrollable joy it has inspired important readings from the different areas of knowledge. It seems an unavoidable task for those from psychoanalysis or even from other kind of approaches, we require establish the condition of the "particular of basis" in a clinical o educative scope, we could approach to those fields demarcated or resignified, in a way that our intervention do not reproduce transcendence attempts or nihilism forms, as well as the inscription of a pessimism or optimism without a clear statement. With that purpose of questioning about of our condition it will outline the current position of the subject in the political as the field within which their identity plays and a sense of belonging to something as a "cluster" in the public field, considering the family scope under the emergence of new ¨fears which turn into the instituting of a limit to the possible and allowed to their members leading to a sacralization of the private in a way that a "horizontal transcendence" and finally, the consideration of the installation of kind of process "parity subjective" that it would come to remove the specific to each one of the places: without not settle difference between parents and sons that they will equal; taking to a erasure of the father as a limited figure which introduces the possibility of desire in the subject through the way of the symbolic inscription adding a dike of enjoyment. The searching as inquiry condition in the psychoanalytic field of an updated response to clarify the status of the subject from different discursive scenarios, therefore it results a constant from its own Freudian tradition and certainly for a lacanian praxis, here we pretend to continue with the task as far as possible to promote this kind of search in such a inexhaustible area that we prefer to describe as a foucaultiano like: subjection modes.
