ABSTRACT
Case submitted to the civil jurisdiction of family affairs, for the neuropsichyatric, genetic, imaging and functional evaluation; for
the purpose of releasing parental capabilities regarding the multidisciplinary handling of an underage diagnosed with chromosome
8 incomplete trisomy, associated to midline syndrome with severe disorder of sub-ependimary cells to the cortex, relative
hydrocephaly, severe neurodevelopment disorder and sever psychomotor disorder; the patient was taken into multidisciplinary
evaluation, to determine her definitive custody by one of the parents, based on the diagnostics and prognostic.
