ABSTRACT
In this paper I highlight the importance of a specific cultural context in shaping psychological meaning, and how this meaning serves Diaz-Loving, Rivera, Villanueva and Cruz (2011) as the basis to understand the differences and similarities that can exist between norms and beliefs. In the same way, it asks about the importance of considering time as a variable that can change the historic-socio-cultural premises over the long term.
