ABSTRACT
The hyperdense posterior cerebral artery sign (HPCAS), is an indirect early tomography sign in ischemia of the posterior cerebral artery territory, being possible to identify it in up to one third of cases. The purpose of this report is to entitle attention to the existence of this tomography early sign in a territory with heterogeneous clinical manifestations.
