ABSTRACT
All pseudoaneurysms have in common the arterial wall rupture with extravasation of blood into the tissues surrounding the artery which is the formation of a fibrous tissue capsule that progressively increases due to the pressure. We present 3 cases of patients who had vascular injury which went unnoticed, even to doctors valued at the first contact. All 3 cases were resolved surgically, due to gravity in the arterial wall all cases requiring resection and bypass with native vessels. The pseudoaneurysm is a vascular lesion that often goes unnoticed, it is necessary to educate physicians of first contact in the pursuit of this disease when they have a history of trauma, the use of diagnostic aids, ultrasound, angiography is needed to confirm the diagnosis and planning surgical. The longer history is associated with increased technical difficulty of solving the problem.REFERENCES
