RESUMEN
El manejo del aneurisma de aorta abdominal roto (AAAr) representa un reto para el cirujano
vascular, especialmente cuando se asocia con malformaciones congénitas. Se presenta el caso de un
AAAr asociado con riñón en herradura manejado mediante cirugía convencional y revisión de la literatura.
