ABSTRACT
Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (rAAA) represents a challenge for the vascular surgeon especially
when it is associated with congenital anomalies. We present the case of a rAAA associated with Horseshoe
kidney handled through conventional surgery and review of medical papers.
