ABSTRACT
Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a mesenchymal neoplasm vulvo-vaginal, perineal and pelvic rare presentation, is diagnosed
more often in women of reproductive age. First described by Steeper and Rossai in 1983, worldwide only 150 cases have been
reported. It is characterized as a benign fibromyxoid, expressing estrogen and progesterone receptors. The treatment is surgical.
