Angiomixoma agresivo de vulva

RESUMEN
El angiomixoma agresivo (AA) es una neoplasia mesenquimatosa vulvo-vaginal, perineal y pélvica de presentación poco frecuente,
se diagnóstico con mayor frecuencia en mujeres en edad reproductiva. Steeper y Rossai lo describieron por primera vez en
1983. A nivel mundial sólo se han reportado 150 casos. Se caracteriza por ser una lesión benigna fibromixoide, con expresión
a receptores estrógenos y progesterona. El tratamiento es quirúrgico.
