ABSTRACT
Organizational climate is defined as: “individual perception of the work environment. It includes leadership, communication, motivation and rewards; this has a direct influence on behavior and performance of individuals”. Organizational climate includes several factor like: perception, motivation, leadership, structure, etc. Organizational Climate affects an organization internal dynamics and therefore studying it represents an important support to possible organizational changes. Analyzing this important aspect in a third level hospital is not common, although, as any organization, this analysis could help to improve work relationship and users/ clients/patients assistance. Each organization, regardless the segment or the activity, it is exposed to internal and external circumstances that might affect the organization dynamics and activities.
