ABSTRACT
We present a case of a 34 year old with a history of palpitations of 10 years of evolution and referral from a community hospital to our center for study of ventricular tachycardia and coronary artery disease. The diagnostic approach ruled out coronary artery disease and showed Ebstein anomaly and Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with wide QRS complex tachycardia related to antidrómica reentrant tachycardia. The patient has had adequate response to antiarrhythmic therapy.
