ABSTRACT
The aneurysmal bone cyst (QOA, for its acronym in spanish) is a benign, osteolytic, expansive and locally destructive lesion, of the vascularization of the bone, which still results in a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. This article will be a review of the literature, to discuss the pathogenesis of the lesion, imaging and histological features for diagnosis and treatments.
