The treatment of hiperhidrosis.

ABSTRACT

The hyperhidrosis is an excessive primary dysfunction and that it affects with more frequency the palms of the hands, but he/she can take any other region of the body. The illness you can classify topographically as symmetrical and asymmetric. The initial treatment is clinica l and multidisciplinary. The first line is the topical treatment. The second are the iontophoresis. In third place those some drugs is used. The surgical treatment is the other treatment variant. Different technical variants are used. The sympathicotomy(section), bond with vascular clip of the trunk and ablate of the nerve on the ribs or the sympathectomy (resection) that is the total or partial removal of the ganglion, ganglion s or segment of the nerve. Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy. This procedure it is carried out in patient whose palms of the hands sweat much more copiously of the normal thing. You can also use to treat the extreme sweating of the face. Among their complications they are the compensatory sweat in the back, stomach or legs, reduction of the heart pulse and of the lung capacity, chronic pain in pectoral, extreme sensibility to the cold, Horner´s syndrome and death.
