ABSTRACT
In this paper, some reflections about moral responsabilities and duties concerning to the governments, society and AIDS patients are made, in the bioethical healthcare area. Considering to complex and demanding contemporary society, the author emphasize the moral duties of HIV/AIDS patients to society from a well directed autonomy exercise. Responsabilities and duties as non sexual relations with healthy subjects; health promotion against HIV/AIDS; non absolute confidentiality; permission for diagnostic tests on HIV/AIDS, among others, are considered. Accordingly, the society will have duties for the HIV/AIDS patients: public acknowledgement for their altruistic behaviors; non discriminating attitudes and more respect for them, are mentioned. In the same way, the governments have unavoidable moral responsabilities and duties for these patients and society.REFERENCES
