ABSTRACT
The digestive haemorrhage tract represented a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. In the most time the cause of haemorrhage is located in proximal digestive tract or colon and the endoscopic method is useful to diagnostic. Only in 15% of the times the haemorrhage is unknown and often are find in small intestine. The diagnosis is possible to make angiography, gammagraphy with Tc99 erythrocyte marked or enteroscopy. The most common causes of unknown haemorrhage are neoplasia, acid peptic disease, diverticulum and angiodysplasia. The actual endoscopic or radiologic therapeutic technic obtain good results in the control of the haemorrhage areas.
