ABSTRACT
Juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) is a common form of non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis, considered a benign skin tumor of self-limited course, which primarily affects infants and children. Patients may present with involvement of other organs. The lesions have papular or nodular appearance, pink, yellow or brown, and are smooth and firm. We report the case of a ten year old patient with a localized type in the left region of the nose.
