ABSTRACT
Was a woman of 21 years old, who died by Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (LES). And in the autopsy study we found a diffuse hemangioma in the uterine body. The clinic importance of this tumor are; the trophoblastic tissue of the placenta may erode into the hemangioma, causing severe bleeding or placental separation. If cesarean delivery had been needed, or some times would have ended in hysterectomy for uncontrollable bleeding. The diffuse hemangioma of the uterine body is rare and more or less 12 cases have been reported.
