ABSTRACT
The importance of the first article is based upon the possibility to know the allergenic transplacental transmission to the product in early stages as probably starting from 20 gestation weeks. According to the nutrition by maternal breast it stresses the immunological protection mechanisms from maternal experience and how long of this protection; also establishes the real difference in intestinal flora of the new born and suckling babies as a result in the hygienically changes in delivery care. The allergic processes are known by physicians and none physicians since immemorial ages; it is well known that substances or foods may give an adverse reaction in some people. The most known one is found in the skin (pruritus, welts, urticaria) or in respiratory system (allergic rhinitis, bronchiolitis and mainly asthma by the increase in frequency). The most well known allergenic substances from food are: fish, sea food, chocolate, strawberries, eggs, peanuts, pork meat, sausages and canned food just to mention ones and different substances as pollen, home dust, acarus, feathers, cat’s hair and dandruff, pesticides, cleanness products, cosmetics and drugs. Up to date there is evidence that the product is able to get allergens through the placenta before being born, the t fetal cells are exposed during pregnancy to allergens from the mother. Except the first article, which is investigation work, and deals upon transference of allergens through the human placenta the rest of articles are a review of general interest relating to the immune system, its development and the effects of the protective antibodies and allergens. These days it is important to know the tridimensional structure of those allergens and the possibility of prediction according to the homologous sequence with another proteins of known structure as well as the fact that up to date we can have a classification for universal use of all the investigators. The importance of the last article is because it deals with the gastrointestinal hypersensibility as a consequence of the processing of foreign proteins and so, determining the different characteristics if it is mediated or not by the IgE or may be a mixed process. The most important of each article has been pointed out to easier reader’s comprehension. Allergy to proteins in food and the series of clinical entities provoked is not very well known (in general) by the pediatricians or even for the physicians taking care of adolescents and adults, because they frequently think about another etiologies to them as is the case for gastritis, proctitis, proctocolitis, reflux and costiveness persistent, hidden blood in feces and some other signs, symptoms or entities which are seen in two of the selected articles. Special importance has that related to gastrointestinal immunology and it’s shown the immunopathology the approach to the participation or not in them by the immunoglobulin E (IgE), and the combined forms.
