Anesthesiology is identified like leader in the care of the patient, with an important decrease of anesthetic mortality of late years, 1:250,000, however, it’s not rid of accidents from errors, because once the frequency, variety and potency of the drugs that are used, the potential risk exists and a mistake can be produced and the outcome can be disastrous. Analyze the origins, causes and factors that influence his appearing, problems at our surgeries as well as proposed measures decreasing his incidence backed in the medicine Based in proof.
