ABSTRACT
Iatrogenic lesions of the bile ducts has become a real concern for the surgeons worldwide, given the marked rise of this health problem after the emergence of laparoscopic surgery, since thousands of cases are annually reported. Here is the case of a male patient suffering complex iatrogenic lesion, who required 5 surgeries to solve the problem. The objective of this paper was to recommend that this highly complex surgery be always performed by experienced medical staff in reference centers.
