Stomatologic treatment in a boy with Toriello- Carey syndrome

ABSTRACT
Toriello-Carey is an autosomal recessive syndrome associated with abnormal unbalanced translocation of 10q and 16p. We describe
a case of a 13 years old male, with this condition seen in the Service of Stomatology of the Instituto Nacional de Pediatría (INP) (National
Institute of Pediatrics) in March 2011 who required extensive dental treatment. For this reason and given the behavior of the patient, it was
decided to perform oral rehabilitation under general anesthesia.
