ABSTRACT

Introduction. Physical abuse is still a social scourge in our country and of its forms is the most striking aspect of the syndrome.
Clinical report. We present the case of a schoolboy who was severely and repeatedly assaulted by his stepmother, in the presence of his father. The combined extension of the injuries measured over more than 120 cm in length.
