ABSTRACT
Bone hemangiomas are more frequent in the spine, the vast majority are asymptomatic. We present a case of hemangiomatosis of the spine, one of them symptomatic at the 6th thoracic vertebrae with compression of the root at this level in the left side, we studied the case and decided to perform a laminectomy and foraminotomy at the left side of the 6th thoracic vertebrae. We discuss some of the treatment options and some warnings in this case.
