ABSTRACT
A 24 year old Tourist guide, arriving from Puerto Jiménez, bitten by a snake (micruru nigrocintus nigrocintus) twice in the back of the base of the first dactyl of the left hand, Who received medical attention two hours after the trauma, because of his complicated geographic location, also develops neurological manifestations such as: edema, pain, diplopia, left ptosis palpebral, migraine, dysarthria. He was treated with 17 flasks of anticoral serum, antihistamines and antibiotics; eight hours after the treatment began, the patient started to revert the symphtoms and successfully evolve after 7 days of hospitalization.
